Returns

Don't love it, no problem!

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Free of pet hair, odors, or stains.

• In the original packaging.

Return Shipping

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to receive a prepaid return label from us, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Please email us at info@lumilivingco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with the return instructions.

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval status of your refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
